- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms (carton fresh)
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes (I prefer Hunt's)
- 21.5 oz. tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar
- 4 - 4½ cups uncooked extra-wide egg noodles (uncooked)
- 2 1/2 shredded cheddar (more cups, for top)
