My ‘go to’ now. Can’t believe I ever bought it from the store. Added a little more garlic and used a chipotle pepper in adobo instead of the jalapeño because I had it on hand. Also strained some of the juice.

Great recipe! I added a dash of cayenne and black pepper for a little more of a spicy flavor, came out amazing.

Fantastic!!!! Made one batch with jalapeño and one with chipotle. I will never buy salsa again. This is our favorite!!!

Very good! I ended up adding paprika to make it less of a fleshy color, and a second jalapeño. It was a little watery so I strained some of the juice out.

Amazing salsa! I didn’t use cumin because I’m not a fan and I forgot the lime but it still is the best salsa I’ve ever eaten!!! So easy!!!

I made this just as instructed, and it was so good! My husband likes salsa, but never likes any but what he makes, until today! He loved this, and since I made it, I often find him in the kitchen standing at the counter with a bag of chips and bowl of this salsa. That means this is excellent...will make again and again and again!

Salsa is a subjective dish.. some like it hot, others mild, some like some sweetness, others want lots of onion. I read the list of ingredients and knew this was something I could work with. I used 2 garlic cloves, added a bit more cilantro and after it chilled for a couple of hours added a bit more salt. Bottom line.. we loved it! It was fresh and mild, even with a large jalapeño (seeded). I will definitely make this again! You can add heat with the jalapeño seeds if that’s your style.

Add more salt if doubled. Other than that it was great. Refreshing and even better after an hour in the fridge

Very easy and good! I would add 1 more jalapeño as my family likes spicy. However, if the jalapeño is dark then it should be spicy enough for just one😊

It turned out perfect!!! It tasted just like my favorite Mexican restaurants salsa so now there's no need for me to go as much lol
