This is a really good and simple recipe for me, a beginner cook. It smelled great while cooking overnight. It definitely needs more salt.

Turned out great the flavor was really good takes time to make but the outcome is way better than just opening a can.

It was good I used black beans (didn't have any pinto beans). The skins were a bit tough, so I'll try pinto beans next time.
