Tasty. Didn’t have tomato sauce so used tomato paste mixed in with the broth and it was delicious

SO GOOD! It really is just like the rice... Scratch that... It’s even better than the rice you find in Mexican restaurants. I’ve tried a few different recipes and this is, by far, the best. What really does the trick for me is to make sure the rice is nice and golden brown before adding the sauce and broth. Also, if you don’t mind a little bit of spice (and it really is “a little bit”), I really recommend using El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce. SO GOOD!

This recipe is great!!! It's easy and usually have all the ingredients on hand. I find myself comparing this recipe against the different Mexican food restaurants we go to and this one wins!
