    Fun dinner! The oven baked nachos were so much better than just regular chips. The whole family enjoyed it. I did used grilled chicken that I chunked and seasoned per recipe.

    I made a few modifications when I made it earlier this evening - they are as follows: - 1 pound 85% lean ground beef (would have used chicken thighs, but COVID-19 stole everything from our grocery store) - "traditional" style round tortilla chips - seasoning used on meat: red cayenne pepper, chili powder, Kroger steakhouse seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Lowry's salt All in all, husband approved! Definitely making again!

    Not bad for a healthy version of nachos. Could not find ground chicken in my local grocery stores, so I put 3 breasts thru a meat grinder. Also left out the cumin, that spice is not one you will find in our Hispanic-American kitchen.

    I work for Yummly, but I wanted to give this recipe a try for New Years. I didn’t have ground chicken on hand so I used a thin cut of steak instead of ground chicken but I seasoned it the same as the recipe tastes and then broiled it and mixed it back in with the beans to top the chips. I also added salsa to my plate after it cooked because I wanted a bit more spice but it turned out really delicious! I would definitely make this again!

    After reading reviews, I decided to make the avocados, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños and sour cream a side dish. I let the family decide which item to put on their plate of nachos. Very good as dinner/ football snack.

    Perfecto!! Since my daughter does not like beans eliminated them. I did find that I needed some moisture to get the spices mixed in so I added a little splash of my margarita (heeheehee) and it blended nicely. We used purchased guacamole and a jar of jalapeños rather than cutting them fresh. It was a quick and easy meal to prepare. You could easily substitute packaged taco seasoning if you don’t have all the other spices on hand.
    Would definitely make again!! I would have rated 5 stars but my phone for some reason will not let me.

    Make sure to chop your veggies before putting the nachos in the oven, I found that the bake time didn't really allow me to get them all chopped before the nachos were ready to come out. Also, you could probably get away with half as many chips.

    Very tasty. I used ground beef instead along with more garlic and chili powder that was indicated in the recipe. I also added red pepper seasoning. Definitely making this again!

    Really good! I didn’t have everything and used ground beef instead. Didn’t add tomatoes, sour cream and made guacamole to add to top. Would definitely make this again!

    I substituted ground beef for chicken as that's what I had on hand, and used half the salt. But the spices and and fresh toppings made it delicious! A new favorite with either chicken or beef!
