I make these at least once a week. Perfect side for many of our favorites: pot roast, meatloaf, chicken parm, chicken tenders, cod, everything!!!!! Absolutely in love with the flavor and creaminess. These potatoes have made me near celebrity status with coworkers. 🤣 amazing staple recipe

Very easy and tasty! I boiled whole garlic cloves with the potatoes instead of using garlic powder.

I substituted mayo because I didn't have sour cream. Added some oregano and they were delicious!

I followed the recipe and they definitely turned out restaurant style! I made them with meatloaf and fresh veggies. Will definitely make again!
