- 1 cup sauce (Pad Thai)
- 1 lb. chicken (cubed)
- 1 lb. shrimp (peeled and coarsely chopped)
- 4 eggs
- 2 yellow onions (small, sliced thinly)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups mung bean sprouts (fresh, may substitute with canned)
- 2 bunches green onion (chopped)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mirin (sweet Japanese cooking wine)
- 1/2 cup peanuts (chopped)
