Great. Wife and I loved. 15 mins is a great target time, although we did a few more to ensure crispiness. Sauce was awesome, although I guess you could experiment with whatever sauce you want! I also moved the wings from oil to colander (with dish under) before saucing them just to remove any excess oils. Think it helped. Will do again. Thanks!
