- 1/4 cup ketchup (or chili sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. pickle juice (or 1/2 tablespoon vinegar)
- 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 4 tsp. prepared horseradish (I like 1 teaspoon when serving with seafood, but more with a bloomin' onion, it's really up to your preference)
- 1 clove minced garlic (about 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 3 drops Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed, especially if serving with seafood)
- green onion (optional)
- celery (optional)
- fresh parsley (optional)
- red bell pepper (optional)
- tomato (optional)
