- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup cashew butter (creamy unsalted roasted)
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry jam (blackberry jam or cherry preserves would also work well)
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. mushroom powder (reishi, I used a blend of powdered turkey tail, reishi, cordyceps mushrooms from Om Nutrition)
- sea salt (pinch fine pink)
- 1/8 tsp. cardamom (optional)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (+ more as needed)
