- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. pasta (uncooked, any kind of macaroni pasta)
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup blue cheese (crumbled, or gorgonzola...the stinkier the better)
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- black pepper
- salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (on the side)
- breadcrumbs (I used Panko breadcrumbs...I like the crunchy texture)
