- 1 handful fresh coriander (chopped plus more to garnish [I used fresh basil and coriander from the garden])
- 5 tomatoes (medium ripe, roughly chopped)
- 2 limes ([I used lemon])

- shredded lettuce (Finely)
- grated carrot
- red cabbage (Finely shredded)
- white cabbage (Finely shredded)
- coriander leaves (chopped, to garnish, optional)
