- 50 grams pretzels (salted)
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 50 grams unsalted butter (melted)
- vegetable oil (for greasing)
- 500 grams full fat cream cheese
- 200 mL double cream (whipped to soft peaks)
- 100 grams light brown soft sugar
- 300 grams smooth peanut butter (or crunchy, we used Skippy, available at larger supermarkets – see tips)
- 2 large free range eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 50 grams dark chocolate
- 1 handful peanut butter (Reese’s Pieces, sweets)
