- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (250g | 8.8oz)
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts (50g | 1.8oz finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (50g | 1.8oz)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (135g | 4.8oz all natural, melted)
- 1/4 cup butter (60g | 2.1oz, melted)
- 1/4 tsp. salt (I use Himalayan salt)
- 3 full fat cream cheese (227g | 8oz packages, at room temperature)
- 1 cup full fat sour cream (227g | 8oz, at room temperature)
- 1 cup light brown sugar (200g | 7oz)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan salt
- 5 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca starch (you could also use corn starch)
- 1 cup unsweetened chocolate (150g | 5.25oz, finely chopped)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (270g | 9.5oz all-natural, store-bought or homemade)
- 1 bag Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (226g | 8oz, Minis)
- caramel (What's left of the Peanut Butter, from above recipe)
- 4 Tbsp. semi sweet chocolate chips (melted)
- 20 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (Miniatures, unwrapped and cut in half)
