- 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup butter ((1 stick))
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. sage

- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 3 dashes Tabasco
- 1 lb. crawfish (tails, cooked and chopped)
