This was a great recipes! Its good to take to a potluck, since it does not have to be kept chilled. I made the recipe as directed-cooked the potatoes separate from the red peppers w/ the onions, let everything cool for about 20 mins, then combined with the dressing. There was very little left in my potluck bowl!
