- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 2 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1 cup bisquick (Heart Smart Baking Mix)
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- fat free whipped topping (I used fat-free Reddi-Whip and calculated the recipe using a triple serving on each shortcake. This works out to be about 1/3 cup whipped cream on each, which is a nice sized dollop)
