Delicious! Seriously delicious! I was drooling making the marinade, it was smelling so good as it simmered (I simmered for about 14 minutes though when you could smell the bitter from the garlic, the ginger and the red wine cooked away)! I marinated chicken breasts in it for 12 hours (flipping every 12 hours because I was home and could) and then BBQ’ed them! So tender, so flavourful and every bite was lip smacking good! Already passed this receipe on to my best friends and told them it’s a definite try! Already thinking about using this for camping, the char on the chicken complimented the marinade so well, I think over an open fire will make it even more incredible! I used Kim Crawford Pinot Noir (2014) as my dry red wine! Going to do this again and again and again!
