Not bad at all. The cranberry taste is subtle given that I had them soaked in some full bodied red. Also there was a little bit of red wine left that the cranberries hadn’t absorbed so that went in the mix too. I may have to adjust my cooking times though as they weren’t quite as moist in the middle like I like (but that might also be because of the amount of wine I put in).
