Cooking down the wine now.... smells amazing... and I can tell the beef is tender!!! Soon transfer to oven!! Happy New Year 2019 Dinner!!!

Couldn't find short ribs at the grocery store, so I just used a 3.5 pound chuck roast cut into pieces. This recipe still worked wonderfully and made the kitchen smell amazing! Would recommend using some apple cider vinegar for additional 'autumn' based flavor.
