- 8 cloves garlic (peeled, left whole)
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped, plus more for garnish)
- 5 oz. tomato paste
- 5 cups beef stock
- 3 cups red wine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 3 whole bay leaves
- 4 Tbsp. all purpose flour

It turned out Beautiful. I added about 4 or five small whole potatoes for those that want rolls or spud.
Instead of using additional oil, I broiled the seasoned meat on high in a large roaster.
Not a lot of left over.
