I found this to be very disappointing. Everything needed extra salt. Considering all the wine and garlic, I thought this ended up tasting rather bland. Would not make it again

This recipe is the bomb!! Our new favorite way to cook short ribs. Followed the recipe exactly except but only had a little less than a pound of baby carrots. I did thicken the gravy with an arrowroot slurry. Did not strain before I added the slurry. Will definitely make again.

This is spectacular! I served it with polenta and steamed spinach. Great comfort food. I peeled and cut whole carrots into chunks. That is only thing I changed. Simple to make, family loved it.

Made this recipe when I found beef short ribs! Hard to come by in my area and love it when they offer the boneless. This was an outstanding recipe and will make it whenever I have short ribs on hand! Thank you and hats off to Our Little Everything!
