Simple and pretty good. I’d like to try it with different wines and different berries as a tasty experiment. My ratio was more like 1:1.15 because I misjudged the size of our glassware, but it was perfect. I used a muddler on the berries after they’d slightly thawed, instead of a wooden spoon. Also my partner and I both added just a touch of simple syrup to our glasses, but maybe we wouldn’t in the future if I use a sweeter wine.

I modified this slightly, doing two parts wine, two parts soda water with a large handful of berries. The berry flavour was subtle and really nice doing it this way! Overall, really nice :)
