- 6 Tbsp. stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 3/4 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (or 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, fine oat flour, or brown rice flour)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (use 2 tbsp. if using vanilla protein powder)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup beetroot (steamed)
- 3 oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt (or dairy-free Greek yogurt)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 oz. mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 8 oz. fat free cream cheese (softened, or dairy-free cream cheese, reduced fat, Neufchatel cheese)
- 4 oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt (or dairy-free Greek yogurt)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 40 grams vanilla protein powder (I used Jamie Eason Lean Body for Her Whey Protein Isolate)
- 1/4 cup stevia (Pyure organic, blend, or 1/2 cup baking stevia or granulated sugar)
