It was ok. Didn’t have an orange so I used 1/2 C orange juice & 1/2 C water. No ice since I used frozen strawberries & beet. Added protein & collagen powder but still a bit runny.
Second time making this was much better. I had the orange this time which made a big difference with consistency & flavor. Used coconut water but probably not as much as a cup & only one handful of spinach. I will make again.
