- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (to sautee pepper)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 onion (. 1 med, cut in half and then sliced very thin)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup mayo (homemade)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried chives
- 2 sweet potatoes (my favorite is white)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
