- 1 lb. red onion (coarsely chopped, 3 cups)
- 1/2 cup Smucker's Concord Grape Jelly
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions
- MELT butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally.
- STIR in jelly, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- REDUCE heat to medium-low. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until most of the liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature. Use as a condiment on burgers and sandwiches. Store covered in refrigerator.
