- 1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef (medium to)
- 8 slices smoked bacon (thick cut)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 clove roasted garlic (small head of, about 6)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (use any you like I used a little rosemary, chives and oregano because that is what I had on hand.)
- 1 pinch salt (and pepper)

- 6 oz. cheddar cheese (marble, sliced)

- 4 burger buns (toasted)
