    Ingredients are some of my favourites. Very easy to make and a complete meal, needed nothing else. Delicious. A whole Jalopeno made it quite spicy so you might want to use less if you don't like spicy food.

    Very good vegan lunch. Not difficult to make. The Savoy cabbage adds a special taste to the lentil. Worked good with roasted potatoes and carrots.
