Turned out great! I served it with a side of tahini yogurt and a green salad.

It was absolutely delicious! Totally making it again. I followed the recipe and the only change i made is I sautéed the onion before adding it to the mix and also added chopped fresh cilantro ( for those who like it it makes a big difference )
Crunchy on the outside and soft inside, yummy! :)

Fairly easy to make. We ended up using more oil than the 4 tbsp the recipe called for as we must have had a smaller pan, so 2 more batches.
