- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or 3-4 cloves garlic minced)
- 1/2 tsp. spices (spice mix of choice like berbere or garam masala)
- 1/2 head cauliflower (grated or 1.5 – 2 cups)
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes (or 3 tbsp finely chopped onion)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin (powder)
- 1/2 tsp. piri piri powder (or cayenne or chili powder other chili to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chickpea flour (or other flour or use breadcrumbs)
