    This was the first West Indian (Caribbean) dish I’ve ever made... and it tasted very similar to my moms (who’s Jamaican) cooking! She usually puts meat in it so there was that obvious difference. But nonetheless, it was delicious. It took me a little longer to make because it was too watery, but I just boiled it down until I got the right consistency. Definitely will make again
