Description
There is nothing that screams summer like a crumble made with fresh strawberries and raspberries. In the height of summer, when berries are at their best, this simple dessert makes an easy and delicious sweet treat. The topping is made from cookies, so there is little effort needed. A scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dallop of whipped cream are the just what these dessert needs to round it off.

- 100 grams raspberries
- 200 grams strawberries
- brown sugar
- 50 grams butter (soft)
- 6 biscuits (pink Reims )

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Rinse and cut strawberries in half. Mix them in a bowl with the raspberries and with about a tablespoon of sugar (to taste).
- In another bowl, prepare the crumble topping: crumble the biscuits and add the butter previously cut into pieces. Mix with your fingers until obtaining a sandy texture.
- Divide the fruit into four ramekins. Cover the fruit completly with the crumble paste. Bake for 15 minutes.
