- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. rubbed sage

HUGE success. I didn't have sage, so I subbed 1 tsp majoram and 1 tsp powdered thyme. I also used fresh cilantro in lou of parsley. I also added in shredded chicken that I simmered with the celery. For the rice, I used thhe Insta Pot for cooking both the beans and the rice - the rice, I added butter and chopped garlic. Instead of just red beans, I added a can of black-eyed peas (these are the ones I smashed). "Best jambalaya ever" - according to Keith.
