- 1 lb. water (milled sweet/glutinous rice flour, I recommend Erawan brand)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil (neutral tasting, I used light olive oil)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 large eggs (beaten)
- 2/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
- red bean paste (Most of the, from above, I say most because I guarantee you will eat some of it with a spoon first)
