- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 bell pepper (red, yellow or orange, thinly sliced)
- 1 cup chinese cabbage (or shredded napa, red)
- 1/4 lb. green beans (quartered)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and minced, wear plastic gloves when handling)
- 1 cup baby corn (or frozen corn kernels, rinsed under hot water)
- 1 cup edamame (shelled, soybeans, rinsed under hot water)
