- 1 cup chicken stock (or use a combination of chicken stock and white wine)
- 2 tsp. lime zest (from 2 limes)
- 2 limes (2-3 T or more)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (very finely, or more, I used about 1/4 cup)

Many more Halibut recipes out there that would justify the cost of this fish. You are better off to continue to look for the right one. It was very moist but little flavor.

It was easy to make but it could have used more of the sauce flavor. The sauce barely covered the fish. I did marinate for the recommended time, but thought it needed more flavor.

Didn't really like it at all. Turned out very dry, somewhat bitter, and very boring. Wouldn't recommend.
