Though your recipe doesn't say how much flour to use, I assumed it was like most gravy recipes using equal fat and flour. (I added 3 TBS) Also, I removed the mushrooms before adding the flour and stock/broth, then added them in while it was thickening. And I omitted the cream, as I didn't have any.
This turned out really good! Thank you.

Creamy and delicious. I did not use butter or heavy cream, substituted olive oil and almond milk
