- 1 handful cilantro (about 1 cup)
- 1 lemon
- 5 garlic cloves (fresh, peeled)
- 2 jalapeños (fresh, stemmed and halved, remove seeds if you prefer less spice/heat)
- 1 tsp. sea salt ( Celtic, or Himalayan salt, start with 1/2 teaspoon {<-- this is my favorite sea salt & Himalayan salt})
