Just perfect! 👌🏽 Followed all the measurements, only took a little bit more flour to knead the dough (did it by hand). Perfect crunch and texture after cooling in a rack. Definitely making it again!

It was great. I didn’t use pearled sugar; instead I used some praline sprinkle but only a little bit less than the quantity specified. Waffles ended up to my taste in sweetness allowing for sweet toppings on the side such as strawberries or chocolate
