Tastes just like tuna salad! I left out the ACV and used juice of half a small lemon. I also used agave instead of maple syrup and celery not cucumber. Will make again! I'm looking for a few staple recipes to make regularly to sustain me on a raw diet and help me eat my greens.

I had to blend a little more later but it turned out pretty good i served it on toaated sourdough with a horseradish mustard.

It was okay, it wasn't nasty, there just wasn't no excitement In my mouth to this dish, it was okay and plain. Wouldn't do this again 😒
