- 2 dL peanuts
- 2 dL peanut butter
- 5 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- sea salt (Pinch of grounded)
- 25 dL dates
- 2 Tbsp. warm water
- 25 dL peanuts
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (optional or honey)
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (organic, unsweetened and without salt, usually it should say 100% peanuts and nothing else)
- sea salt (Pinch of grounded, or more and you can use salt flakes when you like salted caramel)
- 25 grams cocoa powder (unsweetened, about 3-4 tbsp)
- 50 grams cocoa butter (or coconut butter, without taste, about 0,75 dl)
- 50 grams honey (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 handful peanuts
- 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa nibs (optional)
