- 2 cups almonds (pecans or walnuts, ideally soaked and dehydrated)
- 1/2 cup dates (soaked for at least 20 minutes and pitted)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 of an organic vanilla bean, scraped)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 5 cups sweet potatoes (chopped, about 6 small-medium tubers Do not use yams!)
- 8 dates (soaked for at least 20 minutes and pitted)
- 1/3 cup apple juice (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp. Chinese 5 spice powder (OR use allspice)
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/8 tsp. Garam Masala (OR use either nutmeg, cloves or additional 5 spice powder)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (or 1/2 of an organic vanilla bean, scraped)
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/3 tsp. sea salt
