  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 mango (sliced)
  • 1/3 English cucumber (sliced)
  • 4 ounces salmon (raw sushi grade, cut in long thin slices, optional)
  • 1/2 lemon (half sliced thinly)
  • 2 scallions (finely diced)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • coconut amino (or nama shoyu for dipping)
  • 1/2 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 inch ginger (shaved)
  • 1 teaspoon EVOO
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned rice vinegar (if you are worried about 100% raw, sub raw apple cider vinegar)
  • 3 drops raw honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream (cream removed from top of refrigerated can of coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to how spicy you like it)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch sea salt (and pepper)
