- 250 grams kale (choose from curly kale or Tuscan flat leaf cavolo nero)
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
- 1 bunch mint (chopped)
- 2 handfuls baby spinach leaves
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (cold pressed)
- 125 grams fresh blueberries
- 1/2 pineapple (small ripe, peeled and chopped)
- 2 handfuls almonds (– your choice raw, roasted or activated. I love using tamari almonds that I’ve roughly chopped.)
- 1 handful pumpkin seeds
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil (cold pressed)
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric (or fresh grated)
- 1 tsp. ginger (fresh grated)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 pinch sea salt (and black pepper)
