- 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. tamari (or low sodium soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. ginger (peeled and minced)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (the juice of one lime)
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1 piece kale (center ribs removed and sliced thin lengthwise)
- 1 head romaine (shredded)
- 2 zucchinis (green, peeled lengthwise with a julienne peeler)
- 2 zucchinis (yellow, peeled lengthwise with a julienne peeler)
- 1 handful kelp noodles (optional OR 1 cucumber, peeled lengthwise with a julienne peeler)
- 3 green onions (diced)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (or any kind of nut you like)
- 1 handful cilantro (roughly chopped)
- thai basil leaves (several, regular basil is fine if you cannot find thai)
- 2 chili powder
- toasted sesame seeds (or gomascio, optional)
- hemp seeds (optional)
