  • 2 cups nuts (I used half + half almonds and peanuts, but its up to you, can also add in coconut/seeds etc to make it up to 2 cups!)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup medjool dates (firmly packed, I actually used deglet noor dates and it was just as good)
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate (melted)
  • peanut (+ Salted, to top, optional)
