- 2 cups nuts (I used half + half almonds and peanuts, but its up to you, can also add in coconut/seeds etc to make it up to 2 cups!)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 8 medjool dates
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup medjool dates (firmly packed, I actually used deglet noor dates and it was just as good)
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate (melted)
- peanut (+ Salted, to top, optional)
