- 2 cups peanut butter (I made my own smooth one, but crunchy peanut butter works even better)
- 3 bananas (large ripe)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (or 2 vanilla pods)
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup (or any of your preferred sweetener)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- chocolate sauce
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao
