    I did mine with less ingredients, them being dates, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. Did as told regarding the dates being put into the food processor, then when it’s soft and mushy, I add the seeds and mix them all together into a big lump of sweet goodness. Made some little balls from the mixture and stored them in the fridge. The result was good! Got 16 pieces of ‘em no-carb no-sugar cookies. Two thumbs up!
