- 1 cup coconut cream (250ml)
- 1 cup coconut (250ml, melted, Paste, place jar in bowl of hot water to melt)
- 1/2 cup agave (syrup, 125ml, Light, or Coconut Nectar)
- 2 tsp. vanilla beans (Powder)
- 1 lime (zest and juice)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (125ml, melted, see product)
- 80 grams dark chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. desiccated coconut (desiccated , Fine)
- fresh raspberries (handful of freeze dried)
- cranberries (handful of Choc Coated, cut in half)
- berries (handful of Choc Coated Incan, cut in half)
- 1 handful caramels (and Choc Coated Almonds, cut in half)
- chocolate (shards, optional)
